Darren Mugleston moved to the South West in 2003, after progressing from a graduate building surveyor to partner with a large practice in the Midlands.
His practise quickly established an excellent reputation for homebuyer surveys and full building surveys of residential properties. In addition he was also instructed by major insurance companies to advise on policyholder claims and by Plymouth City Council on Decent Homes and Housing Health & Safety Rating System inspections.
John Collinson has practised in the South West since qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1989.
His substantial experience includes surveys of residential and commercial properties; undertaking dilapidation, pre-acquisition, alteration and repair advice for a national chain (over 550 branches from Glasgow to Saltash) as well as managing the design and contract administration of refurbishment of residential and commercial properties, up to £3m in value. He regularly undertakes reports on building defects and acts as an expert witness.
